Although Kacie is learning to live with her blindness, her family continues to look for ways to improve Kacie's life. This past summer a news report by Joy Robinson with Springfield, Mo., television KOLR 10, told the story of 6-year- old Missouri girl, Rylea, who was born with the same condition Kacie has.
